I completely agree with Chris also. In my case i came out of a 10 day fast with fruits and vegetables and even this was too much, making me feel quite sluggish. Stepping back into juice-only for 2 days was exactly what i needed after which i was completely ready for the whole fruits and vegetables i was not ready for upon first breaking the fast.
