Currently estimated at as much as 10:1, 20:1,40:1. What should be 5:2 5:5 and 4:5 can?

I am not sure what you are referring to since you did not quote what this is in reference to. And I don't know what this has to do with the claims about soy.

I read through the links though and the last one had a few misleading statements.

For example their claim that bioidentical hormones are safer or safer than the standard hormone replacements. Bioidenticals still have the same side effects of thyroid suppression , heart attack and strokes from blood clots, cancers, etc.  Bioidentical progesterone for example still activates the human papilloma virus (HPV), which is associated with a number of cancers.

They also list bone meal as a source of lead, which is true. But they failed to mention that the microcystalline hydroxyapatite they are advocating is a bone meal extract. They also failed to mention that calcium reduces lead levels.

There are a number of nutrients they did not mention that are more essential to the bones as well. For example silica, which is the most important mineral for bones. Vitamin C sulfur, copper and zinc are also essential since they help form the collagen matrix that gives bones the vast majority of their strength.
