 Thanks again. Nettle leaf seems to be a panacea. It is part of my daily regimen. It hasn't helped my sinuses though -yet. I haven't found any of the natural antihistamines to work for me. I will continue to use nettle; especially if it can help through the cedar season.

If you can find the watercress you will find that it is a lot stronger.

I also find peach leaves to be an extremely effective antihistamine, but health food stores rarely sell it. So you would have to collect, dry and grind your own.

Another good choice is eyebright.
