Hi Telman,
I remember when I first started out a few months ago, worried about every procedure and product. And it wasn't just me. I read post after post of people trying to help themselves get better and sometimes, they were in pain. You were always there with a quiet kind confidence that made me feel not so afraid to go on.

Just want to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart and to wish you and your family a wonderful healty happy new year.
