Hi Hveragerthi,

I think I can understand the theory now. I guess drinking brewed tea is better because it will pass through the throat track. However, I cannot get the Pau D Arco materials here in Asia to make tea. They only sell it in the capsule form here.

However, I guess my sore throat is almost healed now. I will keep you posted. Thanks.
