lol your getting a substantial amount of estrogens but its ok to eat beef and dairy which most times are loaded with actual estrogens.

the numerous bodybuilding forums are just as bad soya gets ripped a new one and the one thing they always say is the phytoestrogen content, whilst they scoff down large slabs of meat and dairy products.
