lol that is so weird to be that alert. seriously i can feel my hair pop out by the follicle and reach up and grab it. i am so alert when it comes to my body i feel every little thing. you will be all right just never give up.

i've had my mirena out about 4 years now i guess. i didn't stubble upon this site until i had all ready had it removed and had crashed a few times. finally i think i have the hang of it i figured of what made me crash.

just last week i was headed for a crash and it was triggered by not eating for a day. i started staying up day and night not eating but was full of energy and laughing alot, i mean everything was funny. i would usually stay up for 4 days straight then fall out sleep. luckily i informed another forum of ladies that told me i was headed for a crash. i told them i am familiar with it and it was just a cycle and would be over shortly. while out with a friend i ended up eating on the 3nd day. so i didn't crash at all it just leveled off.

my last crash was two years ago, i do believe, who knows my memory is still on vacation.
