Yep! 5 month mark is pretty common to have setbacks. It will pass....

I have to say (and I probably sound like a broken record), since I started really focusing on getting my adrenals healthy, I feel sooooo much better it is really astounding. especially the lethargy and anxiety. My doc and I have been trying to taper me off the xanax (I started taking it while on mirena), and in the last couple of weeks I have cut my usage 2/3rds, with no effort whatsoever.

If you want the protocol, check out the truth in medicine forum. It has been a lifesaver for me. If it is too confusing, you can e-mail me and I will tell you what I am doing, but really, just look for posts from Hveragerthi-his advice is sage to me.
