Couple of parts to this, first excercise the body part you are going to use then use it for energy testing.
Test the fruit quality in the grocery store kind of thing.
All those should be OK to get.

Once you try to delve deeper you get resistance from Buski, but use your mutiplication tables to figure out what is what...
