My ND's liver cleanse recipe is very easy.

Juice one cucumber, one lemon, and one beet, then add 2 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil to it and drink on an empty stomache. You will have a BM within about an hour to an hour and a half. It works like a charm.

Do it daily until you feel better or as often as you are able, it works like a flush apparently but totally easy and not scary to do because it is very gentle.
