she was formula fed because i have hepatitis B from birth, her constipation really started when i was not able to move as much so i got real lazy and took a short cut...when i say "fried" its more asian style i meant to say stir fry..lol (very brain fog)....so i am trying my hardest to not feed anymore flour base foods and putting veggies/fruits/drinking water...

two hours ago, we did another smoothie and i dumped out 1/4 of uny's IF #1 and mixed it in her cup and spooned up that one area...she really didnt like it but she kept it down and ate the entire smoothie as well so will see how the morning goes...with another morning smoothie

im keeping my fingers crossed!!
