Being aware of these fears, anger and bitterness, in yourself, then letting it all go, is such a wonderful and powerfull way of re-directing your energy, and gaining back your connection to the universe. I should know, I was a serious , angry person, for many years. You are living in your own self-made prison.

I wish the 'poor soul' release from his prison.
