Food is the answer my friend. But not an easy objective to achieve! I would start out by incorporating known high nutrient dense foods like Kelp Blackstrap Molasses green drinks and greens. High nutrient foods like sardines and north atlantic salmon fresh farm eggs and only the ripest freshest in season fruits and vegetables!
Supplements should be incorporated in these high nutrient foods like the blackstrap and apple cider vinegar or lemon to make them organic like and assimulative. Remember its balance we desire, combining alkalizing minerals like calcium with a mild acid like ACV or fresh lemon is the best way. Sprinkling small amounts of magnesium sulfate on ones food or in a glass of water is also recommended. Healthy oils like flaxoil or olive oil foods high in Omega 3 fatty acids!
I use an alkalizing drink designed to replace or assist in achieving mineralization that includes blackstrap molasses lemon or acv a touch of magnesium sulphate, calcium hydroxide and kelp on occassion, I take kelp that I put in capsules myself so as not to ruin the good taste of this drink!
If you care to know more let me know and I will retrieve the recipe and other info if you desire to do so!
