I did Andrew Cutler's checklist for mercury poisoning (pages 56-61 of his book) and scored 2/25. According to Andrew Cutler, this means it is greater than 99.9% certain I DO NOT have mercury poisoning.

There is this theory that chronic fatigue syndrome is largely caused by candida and certain bacteria turning inorganic mercury to methyl mercury, which poisons the brain. I wonder if there is any proof of this? This link promotes this scary theory.

So I don't think I have classic mercury poisoning, but that doesn't exclude the possibility that my brain is being affected by candida processed methyl mercury. It also doesn't exclude mercury being a factor in depressing my immune system.

It is all so confusing. I am now not so sure removing my fillings is the way to go.
