you need a good chiropractor. i ruptured a disc and i have sciatica. i found a great homeopath that manipulated my spine back into place. he used 1 acupuncture needle on the affected area....and he put me on a detox cleanse followed by an anti inflammatory diet.
it was really hard. but the pain is 99% gone since april and i lost a few pounds as a result of the diet and i feel great so it was a win win.
