Irrelevant, as grzbear has pointed out more than once.
Intake does not equal absorption, in other words just because you spend 10hrs in the Sun doesn't mean it makes any more VitD then the measly few IU that are needed.
Just because you have calcium intake doesn't make it dangerous.

This trio for calcium issues are; Fluoride, Mercury and Lead. The first two alter the brain triggers that tell the body what to do the third sneaks into the pathways instead...
