ok so i've done the SWF. Drank the litre and waited a few hours....nothing.

Will try 3teaspoons of salt tomorrow.

I did notice something tho. A relief of the brainfog and heavyness that i get from my liver being congested. Not huge but definately noticeable. Maybe super hydration helps the liver out. I do drink water all day long as my only source of fluids so it was a suprising thing to notice.
