Nystatin don't work systemic. It isn't absorbed by the blood. It is believed that any fungal infection in the body has its origen in the gut and until the gut doesn't heal, there is almost no chance to cure anyother part of the body. Take a look to the Dr. Cranton (MD)website. You gonna find there some answers and the best way to combine prescription antifungals.
