I think Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , if you have no liver dramas, is brilliant. But I don't think i will ever touch it again. I figure if you have a really healthy liver you probably won't need Miracle-Mineral-Supplement anyways.

Hanks have you ever done the Salt Water Flush mate?

I'm doing the more popular version of 1 litre with 2 tea spoons of un-iodised Sea Salt . I figure it's more convinient and cheaper than colonics
