i created an account so that I could describe how insanely underestimated and effective Molybdenum (and pantethine, equally) is to treating and curing Candida and its side effects.

I started on Molybdenum first for about a month and believe it or not I felt incredibly better within half a day of my first 500mcg dose. I currently take 1500mcg a day along with a zinc/copper supplement (not together as the copper will bind the moly) to displace the copper being lost as well as giving my body much needed organic copper instead of nasty inorganic copper from tap water, etc.

Anyways, it finally dawned on me that my problem was a viscous cycle of acetaldehide intolerance and inability to process it causing the candida to get worse, causing more acetaldehide to be created, etc... After all these years of spending literally thousands of dollars on treatments to treat immune system for short periods and anti-candida treatments of various kinds only to have it return I found the solution. And it costs almost nothing (except pantethine, which isnt super-cheap).

I have always been extremely intolerant of alcohol and the reason was my inability to process the acetaldehide apparently because the Molyb alone removed 70% of hangover symptoms from the first week of taking it. i rarely drink but when I do not only does my candida not act up... I suffer from next to no hangover.

To cut this short ill also add that Pantethine is the other piece of the puzzle. WIth Pantethine I can drink massive quantities of alcohol with no hangover which I have never been able to do. This just gives you an idea of how well these 2 things together help you remove these toxins. I rarely drink even though I now can without much consequence.

Anyways... terribly constructed comment I know but I dont have much time today and i got the proper information across :)

Good luck. BTW - Also try adding Boron... very cheap and noticeably effective.
