Regarding Efficort I stopped using it I am using only BARIEDERM and I dont have any inflamation or bleeding but when ever that white stupid things i dont know if its thrush or something else starts forming I apply BARIEDERM and lips are okay for a while untill next application as needed. I will post my present and past pictures in the gallery with names kidpast and kid present . Please have a look.
