This fear code, appears to me as a wobble in the universal energy, I am aware of it, but do not choose to participate in it becomming a reality. I have found this much easier to do as my understanding of how energy and the co-creation of reality works. Again awareness + understanding seem to be the key. Awareness without understanding leaves you powerless, (like giving away your power to others and belief systems).
