What I recommended actually back fired on me and I found out the hard way can be very dangerous. I'm sorry but I found this out after I wrote the previous post.
If you cook vegetables to destroy all the organic acids then your left with a very alkaline food which is easy to overeat. This can lead to Metabolic Alkalosis.
Also, you get loads of potassium without balancing with salt (sodium and chloride) which can cause a drop in blood pressure.
My advice now is to cook maybe only ONE leaf of a certain type of green leafy vegetable and eat that.
