 i had a bf 4 years ago who i now know has aids and has to take medicine for like

we did not have sex but........i had cuts on my lips usually cuz they peel alot so could that give me hiv from him

also there was oral but i did not give it he gave it

Very low. First of all there are various causes of AIDS, which includes the medications they give to people testing HIV+. Speaking of which the HIV test has a very high false positive rate with over 65 KNOWN causes for false positives. So many of the AIDS cases out there are chemical (medication) induced from people being put on immune destroying AZT and analogues after testing false positive.

Again the test is VERY inaccurate. The primary problem with antibody testing is called serological cross reactivity. Basically this means that antibodies of like structure will cross react on antigen test targets yielding false positives.
