Several things stand out. One is that your liver is not working up to par. Among other things this will lead to the high cholesterol and contribute to the acne. The liver regulates cholesterol by producing it when the body needs it and breaking it down when levels are too high. Poor liver function contributes to Acne by not breaking down androgens properly.

It also appears that your stomach acid is way to low. This leads to poor digestion, even with enzymes since pepsin cannot work without sufficient stomach acid. Candida overgrowth in the stomach occurs as the stomach acidity declines since acidity controls Candida and alkalinity promotes it. This is why the gas/bloating occurs after the ingestion of Sugar sources. This also slows transit time. And a lack of stomach acid leads to decreased absorption of various nutrients such as zinc and some B vitamins. The zinc helps to control Acne and the B vitamins are needed by the liver to detoxify excess hormones including the androgens. Taking bicarbonate is just going to contribute to many of your problems.

The clay colored stool indicates a lack of bile secretion. This will also reduce the absorption of dietary fats, which leads to the dry skin.

The things you are doing that I would not recommend are the baking soda (will aggravate a lot of the symptoms), red rice yeast (a low level statin, there are better and safer choices), enzymes (regular use can shut down the body's own production, and amylase and cellulase can contribute to Candida by supplying more sugars) and the cat's claw (high in oxalic acid).

My primary recommendation is bitters, which will help increase stomach acid, enzymes, bile production and release, liver cleansing, lowering cholesterol and androgens, and will increase peristalsis. I discuss bitters in these posts:
