Well I havent received the goldenseal and acidophilus yet but those 2 are from natures way. i bought it from vitaminshoppe.com but you can go on their site and they'll show places that they sell it. And for the vitamin b complex Im taking Super B complex from nature made. I got this at CVS and it was only 9 dollars for 100 pills :)
