I definitely dont think anti-biotics will in any way interfere with oil pulling. after all, you dont consume any thing when you do oil pulling. Moreover, the oil you use is the same oil that you would normally use for cooking etc so there shouldnt be any problem.

If anything, oil pulling should only help in getting rid of the bacteria in your mouth and should help with curing your mvp faster.
