So someone on this forum suggested I try taking goldenseal, vitamin b complex, and acidophilus. I ordered the goldenseal and acidophilus online and am still waiting for them but I got the vitamin b complex from a drug store and have been taking it for only 2 days now. I already see A VERYYYY big change in my FBO. Usually It would be a horrible smell throughout the day but now, i can barely smell it and I shared an elevator with a bunch of people and no one seemed to notice(or they were being kind). I seem to have more energy as well and I can feel it working. I will post back once I start on the goldenseal and acidophilus to see if they help even more. Just wanted to let people know!
