Hey everybody
Recently I noticed a very good improvement with my FBO.
It seems that tomatoes help reducing my BO, I'm still careful with the word "eliminate", as I discovered it a few days ago, and I can't say for sure. But it's definitely helps!
Raw tomatoes doesn't seems to do the trick, but tomato paste, or cooked tomatoes (with tomatoes paste) working like a magic. I read a little bit about tomatoes and found out that they contain LYCOPENE. It's the carotenoid that makes tomatoes red. You can google it and find out about it's health benefits. By the way I couldn't find anything refers to BO.
So I don't know if it's only lycopene or lycopene with other tomato ingredient, but I know that you get more available lycopene from tomatoes when you cook it nor making a paste out of it. Maybe tomatoes juice work as well, but I didn't try it.
You can also get lycopene in tablets (if you don't like tomatoes).
Give it a try, I think it might work for you as it did for me.
I would like to here what you think, and to know if it helped others as well.
Good luck and take care!
