yes so i constantly eat ice. i fill the trays half full so it freezes faster and everytime i wake up i grab a tray. i use to use cough drops to moisten my throat but the Sugar damaged my tooth.
water doesn't help as much as it should so sometime i use throat spray. i wonder if they sell throat spray that is not for coughs.
