Yes Red Raspberry leaf, one of the herbs in the Eyebright Formula helps to reduce or eliminate Macular Degeneration. You can read about what each herb in the formula does here.
I haven't read anything about Astigmatism and Eyebright but I'm thinking that if it can restore the sight of people who were born completely blind I'd say it can only help with this problem too.
The Eyebright Formula comes in a tincture form. You put drops of it in an eyecup with distilled water to wash your eyes. Each time you wash your eyes you put 2-4 droppersful in a glass with a gulps worth of water or juice of your choice and swallow it.
