if you are talking about heart pain or arrythmias look into taking fish oil and taurine. The combination of these has helped my heart feel and beat normally when before it was very painful and had irregular beats. Keep in mind I am still on the medication. Look into lecithin as the brain is made up of lecithin and definately into fish oil as that has some heart and definate brain/mood/thinking benefits. I am currently getting more information on what other amino acids could be useful.

But for the heart I recomend taurine and fish oil to help keep the heart in good shape. Its worked for me.
