Your body is the best thing to listen to when you have candida. If you have any sort of bad reaction to a food thats questionable then i would probably stay away form it. But pay attention into the next day too, even looking for a change in bowel regulation. I dont think once in a great while its bad to splurge on something you described unless the candida is intolerable.
