If you get those symptoms and you are on the diet, you should check your blood Sugar levels at least 3 times a day. In the past, I was very strict with my diet to a point where I was having a metabolic shotdown and severe hypoglycemia. Epsom Salts are good but Benadryl, Zyrtec or any antihistamine work best for die off reaction or toxic state.
