Ooops, sorry : ), When im having a lot of brain fog or feeling lousy from die-off or from whatever, i can rely on Epsom Salts bath and sweat a little, this seems to help clear things. When people are really toxic though when you first start soaking they are sometimes heat intolerant so make sure you kinda ease into it. hope something helps ; )
