Thanks a lot.

I honestly really dislike those juices. Is there any reason why I couldn't use apple juice or lemonade, or alternatively, vegetable broths (like mushroom broth)? Is the point essentially getting nutrients from a liquid source or is the source important? I don't have a juicer so I'd have to buy commercially produced juice anyways.
