Hey,

I'm currently at the beginning of a fast, hoping to go for a long time (30 days ish if possible). What should I do to break the fast when I'm ready to? Is there any good guide for it? Obviously I want to avoid the negative potential affects of breaking a fast in an unhealthy way.
