Well, as far as post mirena goes, my worst new symptoms were severe nausea, heartburn, and reflux beginning about 2 months after removal. I had never experienced heartburn or reflux before, and these combined with the nausea were so bad I couldn't sleep or eat, and my voice became hoarse from the acid. This lasted about 5-6 weeks. There have been recurring episodes, but nothing as bad so far (I'm at month 6 post removal.) I'm a little scared now because I've had a sour stomach for about 3 weeks, and before that my appetite had returned and I was eating well again.

A lot of my original symptoms have been coming back with my cycle -- night sweats, dry eyes, IBS, anxiety, dandruff, insomnia, and most recently joint pain -- which I thought was totally behind me.
