WIP,
I too am excited to get started. My husband and I actually have some kind of cold/throat/cough thing going on its in his chest too but me just almost feels like a cold so I am sure we could use the sample protocol and one for viruses right now.

I have been pumping a bunch of stuff for a few days so my immune system is kicking in pretty good, I really can tell my body has keep it pretty much at bay and I don't feel bad.

Do you know anything about the labels they send are they laminated? I understand you downloaded yours but was wondering if you might now.

I might just download it tonight I have not heard back from Stephen I emailed him with no answer yet, but I too am guessing maybe off for Christmas week and that's understandable..

I want the hard book also.
