I don't know if there is a right or wrong way to do it. I personally would probably take the Bentonite clay first thing the next morning or if you are awake during the night you could take it then. Hopefully someone on this forum has experimented and can tell you more definitively. Please update us as to when you take it and how you did with it. Thanks.
