Hey,

This happened to me after a couple of flushes, severe pain in in my right side and mid abdomin and severe bloating. I immediately did another flush taking more water with the ebson salts to wash everything out. Then I followed with fresh lemon and olive oil about 2 tbsps each in the mornings for a week. If that happens you need to flush again or take something that will move your bowels fast. Magnesium peroxide is good as well
