I have been an advocate of apple cider vinegar for the last 10 years and taking acv has been part of my daily routine for over 5 years. I eat a healthy Diet and exercise very regularly, but I attribute my lack of illness over the last 5 years to the benefits of apple cider vinegar. I try to keep my body as alkaline as possible (to much acidity allows bacteria to develop) and acv helps to regulate the body's pH balance. My favorite brand is Body Ami http://www.bodyami.com

and I am giving it to all of my friends as a holiday gift.
