it's my understanding that coffee enemas shouldn't be used very often. only if you have cancer or AIDS or some cronic disease where they would be required to help for pain. coffee drains the adrenals from what i hear, and over a period of time that creates problems like you're describing with brain-fog, fatigue especially. if you haven't asked shelley, ask her if maybe it's the coffee enemas exhasperating (sp?) the prblems...
