congratulations on your new forum I am sure it will be very popular.

Just a coupe of points: the distinction between what you mention as a "high carb and low protein diet" in that you mean carbs that have not been processed.
Most all carbs get tarred with the same brush and receive a bad press, including the natural ones.

I agree with you about the salt as does Dr Fuhrman: sodium chloride (or common table-salt) has been described as a poison by Natural Hygienists for decades.
