This one hour video is interesting... it was presented to the Vegetarian Society of Hawaii in April 2006 by Dr John McDougall

The presentation is 30 mins long and is focussed on the milk marketing aspects as per the Hawaii video. There is a lot of overlap, but it's still interesting.

You might also want to cross reference this with the work of T Colin Campbell, who points out that casein in milk is a cancer promoter.

Don't be surprised to find articles opposing this science, there is a lot of money involved in the dairy industry.
