Thanks. I have limited time these days, because I am working and still learning stuff myself. I wanted this forum because I have been working away from home for sometime and found how difficult in was to eat plain whole foods. It was not pleasant to have to eat stuff which I know can do harm to me.

I have not even thought out a forum strategy yet, though I guess my long term aim is to live amongst healthy people who are in harmony with and connected to the planet, and discover my full potential.

In the short term I would like to educate others about this way of eating, having just studied for and completed the Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition at Cornell, online of course, I am UK based! The course taught us how to do that. I guess that was one of the reasons that inspired me to start this forum. Now I just have to think of what to put in it, sigh.
