I have been on Celexa for a year now and in March I asked my Doctor to up the dosage due to a death in my family and I felt as if I could not keep control of my emotions.

Well my family situation is the same and I am always stressed out but I feel like I can deal with the medicine. I don't want to be on it for the rest of my life. Can you give me some ideas about what I can do naturally to replace the medicine.

P.S. I didnt pick up my refill and have not been taking the medicine for about two weeks now and feel OVERWHELMED!!!!
