 It definitely was not Becker. This device had absolutely nothing to do with silver that I recall. The device used radiofrequency just like Rife to cure disease. The only difference was the decimal point on the frequency was moved over three places.

He began by examining why normal bones heal, and then explored the reasons why bones fail to heal properly. In the process he observed several interesting properties of bones and bone growth, proposing that bones are semiconductors and piezoelectric in nature. These tie into the healing process by electrically stimulating bone marrow cells to differentiate into a form of adult stem cells which regrew the bone from within by regeneration. By applying external electrical stimulation in the proper form, he was able to induce bone healing in patients whose bones had failed to heal together.

Bone is piezoelelectric due to the silica molecules in it. This is the whole reason bone can mineralize. When we exercise this puts strain on the collagen matrix of the bone, which contains most of the silica. The compression of the silica generates an electrical current (piezoelectric effect) that electrodeposits the minerals in to the matrix. This is one of the reasons silica is more important than any other mineral for bone. Also why stress or electrical stimulation is needed to develop bone.

This was not a new discovery. I wrote about this in my book on AIDS 20 years ago and I knew about this before then. As little as 1 volt of electricity will kill a virus. In fact the original electrical therapy goes way back to ancient Greek and Roman days where they use shocks from electric eels and electric rays to cure disease. They mearly stumbled back on to what has been known for centuries.
