The only thing I can think of is that you have developed an allergy to something that you have consummed and that you now have an IBS type of reaction to something that you are consumming regularily and therefore have these constant symptoms.
Since it started 2 days after the cleanse and not immediately afterward, I doubt that the cleanse has anything to do with it. A friend of mine had a similar problem for years and doctors couldn't find the cause. I know how to do muscle response testing for allergies and sensitivities and convinced her to let me try and within a short time we discovered she was sensitive to butter. She was fine with milk and other dairy products but not butter which was strange. However, after A NAET treatment to eliminate that allergy, she has not had those symptoms again. I would suggest you find someone who can do this testing and find the cause of your symptoms. NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique) doesn't work for everyone but it has done wonders for me and others I know. Check out the link below for more info.
