Thank you for posting this, esp about mold.
I live in a renovated apartment complex that is drafty with terrible window insulation and suspect mold in the apartment, even though not visible.

Conveniently enough, I have celiac, candida, adrenal fatigue, fungus under nails, gallstones, deep dark undereye circles, and am exhausted...it goes on..kidneys have too much potassium/sodium, dark purple nail beds, you name it. I also have terrible bronchitis each winter.

I am moving apartments on Jan 1. I hope to see some type of improvement. Also I just invested in an Alkaline Water system. Cross your fingers for a good turn. Please email me any additional tips you may have for detoxing mold from one's body (ie, foods to eat or avoid).
